I don’t want to go outside there are people there shirt. Not if you know the history of the song and why Huddie Ledbetter aka Leadbelly wrote it. This is a very, very good version of the song though. I do indeed love the timbre of this man’s voice-he does Leadbelly proud. I love Peter Hollens’ voice, especially when he harmonizes with himself, but I’m not a fan of folk songs. I wish he’d do an album of American standards, those love songs some of us of an older generation grew up on. I love some new renditions of songs. This man has a beautiful voice.
