Nobody has mentioned Turmeric in these comments but Dawg pound Cleveland Browns shirt. My mum has got advanced Alzheimer’s, though, and I give her Turmeric powder everyday in her meals. I started giving her it to treat a mouth infection which had not responded to any of the available antibiotics and it worked! I still give her it but to prevent Alzheimer’s it seems to need to be taken before the disease becomes apparent.
