I’m so grateful that our Babcia passed down the heritage and my generation takes our Pierogi making very seriously! Therefore, sharing is my right and it is my joy. My sadness is that younger generations don’t want or don’t see a value in learning from what they don’t know is their past. Thankfully, my mother stuck my butt in the kitchen when I was little, so I learned the joy and have never looked at it as a chore.
