I thought that it was possible that Quora was actually an AI program and we were unknowingly helping the computer to learn. Answers that got the most upvotes would be incorporated into its knowledge base. The wording on many questions I see are not well structured. This could be due to translation effects, or it could be an AI program trying to learn contemporary English.
