I had a similar situation. A woman began parking in front of my home with her car on a routine basis instead of the house she is staying in. I first tried to make my point choking off the parking by borrowing several spare vehicles and parking them not just in front of my house, but in front of hers to the point that she had to go one or 2 houses down the street to park.
